Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) suatu kajian tentang bagaimana strategic relationship, business value dan business performance pada Industri Daun Tembakau Kering di Nusa Tenggara Barat; (2) hasil analisis pengaruh strategic relationship terhadap business value; (3) hasil analisis pengaruh strategic relationship terhadap business performance; (4) hasil analisis pengaruh business value terhadap business performance; (5) hasil analisis pengaruh business performance terhadap strategic relationship; (6) hasil analisis pengaruh strategic relationship terhadap business performance secara tidak langsung melalui business value. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ilmu ekonomi terutama dari ilmu manajemen dengan fokus pada bidang manajemen startegi. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif di mana penelitian deskriptif adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang strategic relationship pengaruhnya terhadap bisnis value serta dampaknya terhadap bisnis performance. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terlihat bahwa (1) strategic relationship masuk kategori kuat, Bussiness Value pada perusahaan yang bergerak pada industri daun tembakau kering sudah tergolong tinggi dan Bussines Performance tergolong rendah; (2) Strategic relationsip berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap business value. Artinya semakin baik Strategic relationship maka semakin baik pula nilai bisnis dari industri daun tembakau kering; (3) Strategic relationsip berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap business performance. Artinya bila strategic relationship yang diterapkan telah sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan serta prosedur yang ada maka akan memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap business performance; (4) Business value memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap business performance, akan tetapi pengaruh tersebut tidak signifikan. Artinya business value yang ada belum mampu memberikan kontribusi yang baik terhadap business performance; (5) Business performance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategic relationship. Hal ini berarti bahwa kinerja bisnis yang telah dicapai oleh perusahaan terkandung kontribusi strategic relationship yang diterapkan; (6) Strategic relationship berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap business performance melalui business value. Artinya semakin baik penerapan strategic relationship maka akan meningkatkan business value yang akan berdampak pada membaiknya business performance.

This study aimed to determine (1) a study of how strategic relationships, business value and business performance in the industry Dried Tobacco Leaves in West Nusa Tenggara, (2) analysis results the influence of strategic relationship to business value, (3) analysis results the influence of strategic relationship to business performance, (4) analysis results the influence of business value to business performance, (5) analysis results the influence of performance against strategic business relationship, (6) analysis results the influence of strategic relationship to business performance indirectly through business value. This research approach is mainly economics of management science with a focus on management strategy. This research is descriptive and verification in which the research is descriptive research aimed to gain an overview of the strategic relationship affect the business value and impact on business performance. Data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire and observation. Based on the results of the analysis shows that (1) in the category of strong strategic relationship, Business Value on companies engaged in the industry dried tobacco leaves are relatively high and the Business Performance is low, (2) Strategic relationship has positive and significant impact on business value. It means better Strategic relationship then better the business value of dried tobacco leaf industry, (3) Strategic relationship has positive and significant impact on business performance. It means if strategic relationship that has been applied in accordance with the expected goals and the procedures it will give a good impact on business performance, (4) Business value has a positive influence on business performance, but the effect was not significant. It means that there is business value has not been able to give a good contribution to business performance, (5) Business performance has a positive and significant impact on strategic relationships. This means that business performance has been achieved by the company contained contributions strategic relationship is applied, (6) Strategic relationships indirectly affect the business performance through business value. It means the better application of the strategic relationship will increase the business value that will result in improved business performance.
