Systemic Lupus Erythematosus ( SLE ) is an autoimun disease with chronic inflamation and multisitem as its complication. SLE can be manifestated in oral. Oral changing in patient with SLE are ulcer, ptechie, ecchymossis, angular cheilitis, xerostomia. Risk factors of oral changing in patient with lupus are SLE disease activity, sjögren syndrome, hematologic changing, and drugs reaction activity.

The aim of this research is to get more information about risk factors of oral changing in patients with SLE at Lupus Clinic in general hospital Hasan Sadikin Bandung in periode 2007. This research report is taken from patients medical records.

Research report shows that patients with SLE have risk factors of oral changing. Patient who have had moderate disease avtivity is 34,43 %, patient who has sjögren syndrome is 1,63%, patient who have had hematologic changing is 55%, patient who have consumed drugs which more risk of oral changing is 96,72%.
