Drawing from an interest in the changing Indonesian electronic government, the purpose of this paper is to provide an understanding of the role that portal Warga (member) BPKP can play in knowledge management to employee and it’s implementation by using Theory Acceptance Model. The research use quantitative descriptive method. To test the research model, data collection use questionnaires conducted with the Likert scale to explain the variables that will be tested by the measurement procedure. Descriptive analysis was performed using SPSS 20 to describe the characteristics of the samples and to perform regression analysis to determine the factors that affect the e-Government intention to use. The findings indicate that perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust to Internet, and confidence in the portal BPKP (BPKP on Trust Portal) simultaneously having a positive impact of the dependent variable intention to Use. Implications of this study for research and practice are presented. This research is limited to one case study. Limitation in this study is the number of samples is still minimal and not included in the employee BPKP center environment and the distribution of respondents population is aged mostly 2540 years, in this case, the respondents still a first auditor and a young auditor. Findings from this study provide useful input for the policy makers and academics to establish Electronic Government to Employee framework resulting in efficient and effective organizations, as well as an increase of knowledge management quality. This study has a potential application for other institutions or companies.
