The aim of this research is to had out user’s perception towards staff of GBBS, user’s perception towards collection of GBBS, user’s perception towards facilities of GBBS. The research method is descriptive Survey method. The population all users of GBBS during one . month and the number is 72. All population member become respondent. The technique of data analysis is descriptive analysis, and to know the degree of perception, it used range of score technique, The research’s results show that user perception. towards staff of GBBS is very good, user’s perception towards collection of GBBS is. good, and user’s, perception towards facilities of GBBS is good. So, the conclusion of the research is the perception of users towards services of GBBS based on its staff, collection, and facilities is good..
