Update Diabetic Macular Edema

Introduction : Diabetic retinopathy is the leading cause of blindness. The most common cause of visual loss in macular edema due to diabetic retinopathy. Many options are available for managing diabetic retinopathy. This paper discuss the update of diabetic retinopathy management. Methods : Literature review Results : Antii VEGF now become the only main solution of diabetic retinopathy management. Laser grid that previously the standard of therapy is consider to not safe thus widely unimplemented Conclusion : management of diabetic macular edema has growing. Anti-VEGF has bpromising result if manage properly in good indication
