The results show that Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is effective in decreasing the burnout-syndrome proven from the analysis of interviews and observation in which there is an occurrence of participants’ mind changes which dominates the behavior and avoidance efforts while they act as caregiver and dealt with the problems. Moreover, the effectiveness can be proven from the results of measurement analysis using a questionnaire that shows the changes of total score and score of each burnout-syndrome dimension after the participants did the ACT. The burnout-syndrome could decrease because there is an increase of participants’ psychological flexibility so that they could adapt to maintain the behaviors according the values.
