Analisis Produktivitas Dan Kinerja Usaha Nelayan Purse Seine Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Lempasing, Bandar Lampung (Analysis of Productivity and Business Performance Purse Seine Fishermen at Lempasing Coastal Fishing Port, Bandar Lampung)

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Lempasing, Desa Lempasing, Kecamatan Telukbetung Barat, Bandar Lampung. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan April-Mei 2015. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas alat tangkap purse seine, faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil tangkapan purse seine serta pendapatan nelayan purse seine. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan nelayan purse seine sesuai dengan kuisioner yang telah dibuat, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui dinas dan instansi terkait yang menunjang penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas alat tangkap purse seine pada tahun 2014 sebesar 0,10 ton/trip. Kapasitas armada dan kekuatan mesin secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap hasil tangkapan nelayan purse seine, sedangkan, luas palka, jumlah ABK dan jumlah trip secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil tangkapan. Pendapatan bersih rata-rata nelayan pemilik purse seine dalam setahun sebesar Rp. 120.549.000, sedangkan pendapatan bersih rata-rata nelayan buruh (nakhoda dan abk) dalam setahun sebesar Rp. 12.063.000. Nilai B/C yang diperoleh sebesar 2.53.

This research was conducted at Lempasing Coastal Fishing Port, Lempasing Village, West Telukbetung District, Bandar Lampung. Data were collected in April-May 2015. The purpose of this research was to determine the level of productivity purse seine fishing gear, factors affecting the catch of purse seine fishing gear and purse seine fishermen’s income. The method used in this research is a case study method. The type of data used are primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained through interviews with purse seine fisherman in accordance with the questionnaire that has been made, while the secondary data obtained through the offices and agencies that support this research. These results indicate that the productivity of purse seine fishing gear in 2014 amounted to 0,10 tons/trip. The capacity of the vessel and the power of the engine is partially significant effect on purse seine catches, while the hatch area, the number of crew, and number of trips is partially did not significantly affect the on purse seine catch. The average net income of the owner of purse seine in a year is Rp. 120.549.000, while the average net income of workers fishermen (skippers and crew) in a year is Rp. 12.063.000. The value of B/C obtained at 2.53.
