Perumusan Pelatihan Yang Efektif Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas

Training is believed as one effective tool that can increase organization productivity. However, not all training program assured to give result in productivity if the program only conducted based on no more than routine program, objected to spend budget or implement without appropriate program development. Steps to develop training program include: Training need analysis; Training Objective and evaluation criteria Identification; Learning principles identification, Training Content development, Actual program planning and Implementation; Training Evaluation.
