Pertanggungjawaban Sosial Perbankan Studi Kasus : Divestasi Bank Lippo

Social responsibility [of] company represent one of [the] future management foundation, social responsibility represent duty from board of directors commended by commissary. Corporate responsibility better become the basis for bank divestasi representing the part of strategy policy [of] restructuring. Divestation lippo bank case prove that divestation process not yet been relied on social responsibility [of] corporate, therefore responsibility in this case not merely accounted by lippo bank management, but also BPPN as institute which [is] obliged to save state’s finance
