Quality education is determined by students’ learning achievement for education. Learning achievement is influenced by several factors such as motivation, interests and learning habits. Motivation, interests and study habits are very involved in the learning process. Students who have high motivation and interest in learning and good study habits will get a good learning achievement index. Data obtained from the evaluation of obstetric department, a decline in student achievement index in the second semester with a GPA range of 1.26. The aim is to find out the relationship of motivation, interests and habits of learning with performance index. The study was conducted at Department Midwifery Poltekkes Bengkulu. The study design was cross sectional with a simple random technique (94 people). Secondary data taken from the evaluation department of obstetrics and primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires. Analysis of data with 2 stages, namely univariate with the frequency distribution table to see the picture of motivations, interests and habits of learning and student achievement index, and bivariate analysis with the Chi – Square to see the relationship between motivation, interests and habits of learning with existing research prestasi.Hasil index significant relationship between learning motivation with achievement indices with p = 0.022 (p <0.05), a significant correlation between interest in learning with performance index with a value of p = 0.041 (p <0.05) and a significant correlation between study habits with performance index with a value of p = 0.047 (p <0.05).
