Penelitian ini berjudul “Kegiatan Human Relations Dalam Memotivasi Kerja Karyawan Perusahaan Dodol Garut Olympic Di Kabupaten Garut“.
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kegiatan human relations dalam memotivasi kerja karyawannya.
Metode Penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif terhadap data hasil penelitian . Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi,dan studi pustaka.
Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar keggiatan human relations dapat memotivasi kerja karyawan. Namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan yakni, simpati pimpinan terhadap karyawan,kondisi tempat kerja yang lebih baik dan pekerjaan yang bervariatif.
The Title of this research is “The Human Relations Activities in Motivating Employee’s work of Dodol Garut Olympic Corporate in Garut Regency” .
The goal this research is tofind out how are the human relations activities in motivating employee’s work.
The methode used in this research is descriptive methode on data result.Data result are taken by interview, observation and literature study.
The result of this research shows that most of the human relations activities give a fire motivation on building employee’s work.But There are some point must be improve, such as a leader symphathy to their employees, healthier working environment and variety in working.
