The research aims to study the Zn-organic and Cu-organic result of saccharomyces cerevisiae (Sc) and monolia sitophila (Ms) bioprocess seen from chemical characteristics. Chemical characteristics are based on the content and solubility. in vitro fermentability in the rumen and digestibility in pascarumen.The experimental arranged with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) of four treatment i.e Zn-organic.Sc. Zn-organic.Ms, Cu-organic.Sc and Cu-organic.Mn, each repeated five times.The results showed that Zn contain in Zn-organic.Sc and Zn-organic.Ms is 3741+93,5 ppm and 3726+32,1 ppm respectively; Cu contain in Cu-organic.Sc and Cu-organic.Ms, is 1126+58,8 ppm and 1129+11,38 ppm respectively. Zn and Cu solubility of all bioprocess product are relatively low at 1,64+0,74% vs 2,14+0,68% and 1,32+0,55% vs 2,26+0,44%. Fermentability of all products are not significantly different, whereas the digestibility of dry matter and organic matter from Cu-organic.Ms is lower.
