Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari pengaruh suplemen Zn-Proteinat, Cu-Proteinat dan Ca-Minyak dalam ransum berbasis pucuk tebu diamoniasi terhadap pertumbuhan dan efisiensi ransum pads domba Jantan persilangan Priangan X Barbados, Percobaan dilakukan terhadap 5 ekor domba jantan yang sedang tumbuh dengan menggunakan rancangan Bujur Sangkar Latin (BSL) 5×5, lima macam ransum yaitu R1 = campuran 50% pucuk tebu amoniasi – 50% konsentrat, R2 = R1 + 2% Zn-proteinat, R3 = R1 + 2% Cu-proteinat, R4 = R2 + 2% Cu-proteinat, dan R5 = R4 + Ca-minyak ikan, Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Zn-proteinat. Cu-proteinat dan komplek Ca-minyak tidak mempengaruhi konsumsi ransum dan hanya pemberian Cu-proleinat (R3) yang berpengaruh meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan efisiensi ransum.

The research addressed to study the effects of Zn-Cu-proteinate and Ca-fish oil complex supplementations in ration on Priangan x Barbados male sheep performance. The experiment was arranged in Latin Square Design 5×5, were five treatmenis and five times period as replication. The treatments consisted of R1 = 50% cane top ammoniated + 50% concentrated, R2 = R1+ 2% Zn-proteinate; R3 = R1+2% Cu-proieinare; R4 = R2+2% Cu-proteinate; and R5 = R4+2% Ca-fish Oil. The results showed that supplementation of Zn-proteinaie, Cu-proteinate and Ca-fish oil complex no effect on feed consumption. but only Cu-proteinare was effect increased on growth performance and feed efficiency.
