After Indonesia Armed Force (TNI) and Indonesian National Police (Polri) separated, The TNI and Polri have some problem in their operations, many clashes and fight has been happen after that. Political structuring in Security Sector will put them in to the ideal place. The TNI has duties only on defense and external security guarding; meanwhile, the Polri has only focus on internal security and public order. But, the coordination between TNI and Polri in operation and share of area has been making problem if yet those are not arrange. Furthermore the National Security’s Bill will make the coordinate and share of area of operation could be happen, and the Structuring and arrange the institution will follow the democratic transition in Indonesia.
