This research based on the successful story of SMA Labschool Jakarta on existing the students participation on local or international event such as being delegate of conference, speech debate, and the folklore mission. One of the thing that have a role in the successful story of this school is the teacher’s support who always feel proud, glad, and willing to give extra effort to get the best result for the school. This condition indicate the existence of work engagament among the teachers, thus researcher decide to conduct a study about work engagemnet among the teacher of SMA Labschool Jakarta. This study used a non-experimental quantitative research to 40 teachers with job demand-resources model approach. The data were obtained through work engagement questionnaire that adapted from the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) (Schaufeli, Bakker., 2003). The results showed that level of work engagement among the teachers of SMA Labschool Jakarta were high and moderate. This shown that all of the teachers feel engaged, which means they could have reach the goals on the school almost every day. Thus, those can gave impact on the succesful of SMA Labschool Jakarta itself.
