Studi Deskriptif Mengenai Organizational Climate Pada Departemen Bulletin & Current Affairs Trans TV

The intense competition between television, PT Televisi Transformasi Indonesia or TRANS TV broadcast various programs, such as entertainment and news programs. The only news program on Trans TV is Reportase, a program under Bulletin & Current Affairs Department. The success of company connected to organizational climate in work environment. Organizational climate is the perceived subjective effects of formal system, informal style of managers, and other important environment factors on attitudes, beliefs, values, and motivation of people who work in organization. Organizational climate will influence job performance and job satisfaction of employees. This study was conducted at Bulletin & Current Affairs Department with 51 respondents using descriptive research method to obtain an overview of the organizational climate in Bulletin & Current Affairs Department and using simple random sampling. Data in this study was obtained through the results of questionnaire scores and additional data, including demographic data of respondents and open questions. Based on this research, it was found that organizational climate in Bulletin & Current Affairs TRANS TV perceived favorable with a percentage of 90.20%. The orders of the dimensions were perceived most favorable, i.e. Identity, Warmth, Risk, Standard, Support, Structure, Responsibility, Conflict, and Reward, which is the only dimension that perceived unfavorable.
