Objective and Importance: We present a case of a five week-old pregnant woman with traumatis intracerebral hematoam treated with craniotomy evacuation with good outcome. The features of clinical presentation, radiological appearence, and management strategy are discussed. Clinical Presentation: A 23 year-old woman was admitted to our emergency room because of traffic accident. She was unconcious(GCS=E3M5V3=11) and known five week old pregnant. Head CT scan shows intracerebral hematoma and left base of temporal lobe. Abdominal USG shows amnion with no sign of life. Intervention: Craniotomy evacuation was performed in neuroanestesi. Depo Progestin 100mg IM was administered by abstetrician before surgery. Result: One week after surgery the patient sent home with good condition(GCS=15) with no neurological deficit. On the 20th week abdominal USG shows amnion with heart pulsation of embrio.
