This research aims to study the influence of water content of the biogas production from sheep feces. The method used in this study is the experimental method using a completely randomized design, with 3 treatments (P1 = sheep faeces substrate water content 40%, P2 = sheep feces substrate water content 60%, P3 = sheep feces substrate water content 80%) and repeated three times. Variable observed was the production of biogas, and production of sludge. The results showed that the treatment significantly affected the production of biogas, to know the differences among the treatments performed Duncan’s test, which showed that the P2 (sheep faeces substrate water content 60%) produced the highest biogas production (0.75m3). The treatment not significantly affected the production of sludge (14,42 – 14,87 kg).
