This study aims to determine the balance of beef cattle manure and organic waste in the composting to produce an optimum quality of compost. The method used in this study is the experimental method in the laboratory using a completely randomized design with three treatments and six replicates, ie P1 = counterweight 25% beef cattle manure and organic waste 75%,P2 : 50% beef cattle manure and 50% waste organic and the P3 = 75% of cattle feces and 25% organic waste. To determine the elfect of treatment, the data obtained were analyzed by variance and Duncan test The results showed that the balance of beef cattle manure and organic waste compost significantly affect the quality and balance of beef cattle feces and organic waste 25: 75 (P1) produces the best quality compost (N = 2: 18%, P = 1.17 % and K = 0,95% )
