The purposes of this research was to identified heavy metal concentration of Lead (Pb) and Cadmium (Cd) in the gills, liver and meat catfish and determine the level of damage to organ structure gill, liver and meat histopathology. Fish that made used for this research is catfish (Pangasius sp.) of wild-caught at Saguling reservoir and farmed in Cijengkol Subang. Levels of heavy metals Pb and Cd in the organs tested using Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS). Levels of heavy metal that accumulates in the organ meats in particular has exceeded the quality standard SNI 7387:2009. Histopathological observations were carried out on gill, liver and catfish meat in general has damage to the organ. Damage the gills of which Melano Macrophages Center (MMC), edema, hyperplasia, congestion, and fusion lamella. Liver damage in the form of MMC, necrosis, degeneration and fatty degeneration. In the flesh no change (normally).Damage to the gills, liver and meat of catfish (Pangasiussp.) caused by the presence of lead and cadmium were accumulated. Organ samples obtained at the Pb content, the gills (0.01 to 120 ppm), liver (0.01 to 160 ppm), meat (0.01 to 130 ppm).
