Developing sheep farming toward agroindustry needs supporting factor to reach a high productivity. Uncertainty forages, leads the farmers to benefit natural sources efficiently, for instance, utilizing by-product of industrial crop as feeds. Hay of sugar cane top as a byproduct from sugar industry could be used as a material for substitute of forages. The study was conducted at Desa Pamulihan Kecamatan Pamulihan Kabupaten Sumedang. It was aimed a form of developing sheep farming based on the hay of sugar cane top in complete ration.
The studi was {uranged with experimental method, and used of Completely Randomized Design. The freatrnents were Rl (Native Grass), R2 (Complete Ration with 20 % Hay of Sugar Cane Top and 80 7o Concenfrate), R3 (Complete Ration with 25 o/oHay of Sugar Cane Top and 75 %o Concentrate), R4 (Complete Ration with 30 o/oHay of Sugar Cane Top and 70 oZ Concentrate). Each treatrnents was replicate for six time. The result of this study was show that the efficient sheep perforrnance is a feeding by complete ration with 30 /ohay of sugar cane top.
