Pengaruh Efektivitas Gaya Kepemimpinan Foreman Terhadap Tampilan Kerja Operator Produksi

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan terhadap tampilan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Departemen Produksi PT. LGI. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 114 orang operator produksi PT. LGI yang memiliki status kerja sebagai karyawan tetap. Alat ukur yang digunakan berupa kuesioner LEAD – Other yang diadaptasi dari konsep Situational Leadership (Hersey & Blanchard, 2004) dan telah dimodifikasi serta hasil penilaian kerja operator produksi PT. LGI yang didapatkan dari perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tampilan kerja operator produksi. Efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 13,7% terhadap tampilan kerja operator produksi. Sebesar 86,3% menunjukkan bahwa tampilan kerja operator produksi dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

This research was conducted to discover the influence of effective leadership style towards work performance. This research was conducted in the Production Departement of PT. LGI. The subject of this research 114 production operators work as permanent employee at PT. LGI. The data collection instrument used LEAD – Other of Hersey & Blanchard (2004) which has been modiefied and work performance result of production operator at PT. LGI. The data analysis used is Simple Linier Regression Analysis. Based on the results of effective leadership style research have a significant effect towards work performance. Effective leadership style had 13,7% effective contribution towards work performance. 86,3% indicated that work performance is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
