Systemic lupus erythematous (SLE) is an autoimmune disease involving multiple organs in the etiology and pathogenesis are not clear. Systemic Lupus Erythematosus pathogenesis is multifactorial involving environmental, genetic and hormonal. Lupus attacked young women with peak incidence at 15-40 years of age during the reproductive period the ratio of female and male 6 – 10:1. The aim of this study is the pattern that is often found in the ANA SLE in relation to symptoms in ACR in The Medicine Department, Hasan Sadikin Hospital in order to estimate the LES to see the alleged disease symptoms. Research subjects of medical record SLE patients age> 5 years old whose symptoms are still unclear, with the examination of patterns of ANA titer of 1:160 in Part Diseases Hospital. Hasan Sadikin. This study uses cross sectional descriptive. Data taken from January 2010 – December 2010. Obtained in 31 subjects and 4 symptoms that often arise in each of speckled pattern (n = 10) with symptoms malar rash, discoid, hematologis disorders 12.5%, respectively, serositis 8.92%; Homogeneous (n = 8 ), hematologis disorders 17.39%, renal disorders 13.04%, arthritis and discoid 10.86% respectively; Speckled nuclear dot (n = 5), discoid 14.70%, malar rash, oral ulcers, hematologis disorders 11.76% respectively; Nuclear dot (n = 7), arthritis, hematologis disorders 14.63% respectively, malar rash 12.19%, discoid 9.75%; fine speckled (n = 1), arthritis , discoid, photosensitive, hematologis disorder 14.28% respectively. Conclusion: knowing the symptoms are expected to know the pattern of SLE patients with ANA.
