Abstrak

Pengaruh Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Terhadap Pertumbuhan Gladiol (Gladiolus x gandavensis) dan Uji Resistensinya Terhadap Ekstrak Jamur Fusarium oxysporum secara In Vitro

The research to study about The Effect of Grow Regulator Substance to Growth of Gladiol (Gladious x gandavensis) and Resistance Test to Fuxorium oogupomm extract by in vitro was carried out.The reasearch conducted experimentally used a complete random design with the single factor i.e. kinetin (O ppm; 0.5 ppm; 1 ppm; 1.5 ppm; 2 ppm; 2.5 ppm; 3 ppm; 3.5 ppm; 4 ppm; 4.5 ppm and 5 ppm) for shoot induction and IBA (3 ppm; 3.5 ppm; 4 ppm; 4.5 ppm; 5 ppm; 5.5 ppm; 6 ppm; 6.5 ppm; 7 ppm dan 7.5 ppm) for root induction, and also Pmorium extract (0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% dan 50% (v/v)) for the resistance test. The results showed that consentration of kinetin 3.5 ppm is the best for shoot induction with used_buds as an explan in solid-MS medium by adding 0.1 ppm NAA and 150 mL/ L coconut water. Consentration of IBA 5 ppm is- the best for root induction with used shoot as an explan in liquid-MS medium by adding 0.1 ppm kinetin. Consentration of Fumrium extract 30% (v/ v) could tolerance gladiol shoot.
