Land management models generally used in land management activities in Protected Forests through Joint Forest Management (JFM) is a model of Agroforestry. One important factor that determines the success of the application of the model Agroforestry is the choice of plants. To Agroforestry model in Protected Forests, the choice of plants should consider the suitability of agroclimatic factors, biophysical suitability, the purpose of rehabilitation and public interest. This study aims to (1) examine how the composition and the types of plants making up Agroforestry models that can be applied to activities of JFM in the Protected Forest in Dieng taking into account the choice of plants, (2) examine how Agroforestry model deemed appropriate to be applied in JFM Dieng Protected Forest taking into account the estimated impact of the economic, social and ecological. This study design is a mix method performed concurrently, which means the data search and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data is done simultaneously The results showed that the plant species chosen as a plant constituent Agroforestry models JFM in Protected Forest in the village Pekasiran, for Crops Principal Perhutani (TPP) is Acacia (0.307) and Eucalyptus (0.444), Multy Purpose Plant / MPTS is Arabica Coffee (0.671 ) and Other Plants / TL is Eggplant Netherlands (0.456) and Carica (0,225). Determination of agroforestry models deemed most appropriate to apply the value refers to the weight of the results of multi-criteria analysis to estimate the impact of each model. Weights Model A (Acacia and Arabica Coffe) 36.21; Model B (Acacia, Arabica Coffe and Netherlands Eggplant) 56.34; Model C (Acacia, Arabica Coffe and Carica) 40.00; Model D (eucalyptus and Arabica Coffe) 58.71; Model E (eucalyptus, Arabica Coffee and Netherland Eggplant) 73.84 and Model F (eucalyptus, Arabica Coffe and Carica) 70.83
