During adolescence, many problems related to relationships with peers. One of these problems is bullying. In some theories mentioned that bullies have low self-esteem, but in other theory and studies bullies and other acts of aggression have high level of self-esteem. Of these differences, the researchers want to determine how the image of self-esteem is in high school bullies. This research uses non-experimental method with design of research uses descriptive study method. This research was conducted to students who commit acts of bullying at SMA X aged 15-19 years with a sample of 50 respondents. The design of the study was non-experimental quantitative study with a descriptive approach. Making the number of samples was done by using purposive sampling. Of the 50 respondents who had performed the data analysis, it was found that 76% of respondents have high self-esteem and 24% of respondents had a moderate level of self-esteem. Judging from its constituent dimension, the dimension of power which is dominated by high levels.
