Educational personnel has an important role especially in terms of administrative implementation in higher education, both for educators and students. In Faculty of Psychology Universitas Padjadjaran, almost all educational personnel already employed over 2 years. According to Meyer and Allen (1997) could be said they already have an attachment to their workplace. This study aimed to obtain a more in-depth explanation about the commitment of educational personnel to the organization. The study was conducted in the form of descriptive study using a questionnaire adapted from Organizational Commitment Questionnare by Meyer and Allen, 1997. The data obtained were processed descriptively by looking at the dominant component of the underlying commitment of employees in the workplace. The samples used were 36 Personnel of the Faculty of Psychology Padjadjaran University. From data analysis, found that 36.11% of employees based on the continuance commitment, 33.33% based on the normative commitment, and 30.56% based on the affective commitment, so it appears that the underlying component that most employees are continuane commitment.
