Abstrak

Pengaruh Kredibilitas Konselor HIV/AIDS Terhadap Perubahan Sikap Remaja Di Kecamatan Sukabumi Kabupaten Sukabumi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kredibilitas konselor HIV/AIDS di Kecamatan Sukabumi terhadap sikap para remaja di Kecamatan Sukabumi tentang HIV/AIDS.Variabel penelitian yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Keahlian, Kepercayaan, Daya tarik pesan terhadap Sikap. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah remaja di 6 Desa yang berada di Kecamatan Sukabumi, dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan sampling berstrata proposional dan pemilihan responden dengan menggunakan simple random sampling maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 401 orang remaja. Metode penelitian ini penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur yang merupakan analisis untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh suatu variabel bebas terhadap variabel terkait, dan seberapa besar pengaruh semua variabel secara bersama terhadap variabel terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Keahlian komunikator dalam menyampaikan pesan tentang bahayanya HIV/AIDS telah mampu menambah pengetahuan remaja di Kecamatan Sukabumi, juga dapat menimbulkan kepercayaan remaja terhadap Konselor HIV/AIDS serta kesediaan untuk menjauhi perilaku berisiko seperti menggunakan narkoba dan seks bebas dan kesediaan untuk mengiformasikan kepada orang lain tentang bahaya HIV/AIDS. Hasil penelitian melalui pengujian satatistik analisis Jakur (Path Analisys) pada taraf kepercayaan 95% dan ? = 0.05 menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut; Secara keseluruhan Variabe, keahlian kepercayaan dan daya tarik konselor HIV/AIDS berpengaruh positif terhadap perubahan sikap remaja di Kecamatan Sukabumi. Variabel daya tarik merupakan variable yang berpengaruh besar dibandingkan variable keahlian dan kepercayaan. Antara variable daya tarik, keahlian dan kepercayaan mempunyai korelasi dengan kategori hubungan moderat. Kesimpulan dari kepercayaan terhadap komunikator dalam menyampaikan pesan diharapkan konselor HIV/AIDS memiliki keterampilan khusus dalam berkomunikasi, karena disini sangat diharapkan keterbukaan dari pasien dalam menceritakan kronologis tentang penyakit yang diidapnya dan bagaimana penularannya. Daya tarik komunikator dalam menyampaikan pesan yang disampaikan oleh Konselor HIV/AIDS sangat berpengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap sikap remaja di Kecamatan Sukabumi terhadap pengetahuan tentang bahayanya dan penularan HIV/AIDS.

This study aims to determine the effect of credibility counselor HIV / AIDS in District Sukabumi of the attitude the youth.Variabel in this studies are expertise, trustworthiness, appeal to attitude. The population of this study were young in 6 villages located in the district of Sukabumi, with a selection of samples using stratified proportional sampling and selection of respondents using simple random sampling of the obtained samples of 401 young people. This research study is using path analysis is an analysis to determine how much influence the independent variable on the variables related, and how much all of these variables associated with the variable. The results showed that the expertise of communicators in conveying the message about the dangers of HIV / AIDS have been able to increase the knowledge in Sukabumi District, also can cause the trust of youth counselors HIV / AIDS as well as a willingness to avoid risky behavior such as drug use and promiscuity and willingness to inform to others about the dangers of HIV / AIDS. Research results through statistical analysis of the test beginning (Path Analysis) at 95% confidence level ? = 0.05 and concluded as follows; Overall Variable, skills and confidence appeal counselor HIV / AIDS had positive influence on changes in the behavior of teenagers in the district of Sukabumi. Variable traction is variable effect than variable skill and confidence. The variable traction, expertise and confidence has correlation with the category of moderate parties. Conclusions of confidence in the message communicator expected counselor HIV / AIDS have special skills in communicating, because the counselor expected the opening of the patient in the chronological telling of disease and how it is transmitted. Appeal communicator in delivering the message delivered by counselors HIV / AIDS is a very significant influence on the attitude of young people in the district of Sukabumi and knowledge about the dangers of HIV / AIDS.
