Penelitian pakan diarahkan pada penciptaan pakan alternatif salah satunya tumbuhan air apu-apu fermentasi yang mampu memberikan pertumbuhan yang baik pada ikan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui persentase terbaik penggunaan daun apu-apu fermentasi Aspergiilus niger dalam pakan buatan terhadap Iaju pertumbuhan harian dan rasio konversi pa]-can benih ikan nilem. Ikan yang diuji adalah benih nilem berukuran 3,62 g 1 0,5 g. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Pakan difommlasikan pada persentase penggunaan 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, dan 40%. Parameter mama yang diamati yaitu laju pertumbuhan harian dan rasio konversi pakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daun apu-apu fermentasi berpengaruh nyata(P<0,05) terhadap permmbuhan dan rasio konversi pakan. Pada penggunaan 30% daun apu-apu fermentasi memberikan Iaju permmbuhan harian dan rasio konversi pakali terbaik 1,22% dan 4,51%.

The feed research more aimed for make alternative feed with use water lettuce leaf meal fermentation was able to gives good growth for fish. The research was conducted to determine the optimal percentage of fermented water lettuce leaf meal by Aspergillus niger in artificial feed for growth rate and feed conversion ratio in Java carp juvenile. Fish used was fingerling size of 3.62 g 1 0.5 g. This research design used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments and three replications. The feed was formulated at the percentage of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%. The main parameters observed the specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio. The results of research showed that the use of water lettuce leaf meal fermented significantly affect (P<0.05) for specific growth rate and feed conversion. The use of 30% water lettuce leaf meal femiented was gives the best value of specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio were 1.22% dan 4.5l%.
