Has been very few students involve in entrepreneurialship development activities and assistance program leading to creation of a new business in a university campus. Padjadjaran University IbK Program objective is to assist student who., has a creative business idea developed from own disciplines of knowledge am technology to become sustainable and profitable independen business. Methods used in the program were training, private consultation, field visit to a business, and job training. The IbK program also provides common marketing facility for products developed by tenants and market feed back to each product marketed Within two years, the program has sucesesfuly 3 new-businesses each year (total of 6 new-businesses in 2 years) and involving 20-30 students in trainings and workshops. It is expected that after 3 years of the program, Padjadjaran University IbK Program unit could be developed to become sustainable independent, and creative new-business incubator unit in the Padjadjaran University.
