High employee performance can be achieved if every element in the organization is well integrated and has a capability in performing of each role. Specifically, this research relates to organization culture. Preliminary survey results show that employee performance has not reached an optimum performance. It is indicated from communication between employer and employee that only for courtesy otherwise instructional, high employee turn over, and also customer complaints on slow services. This research’s objective is to identify effects of organization culture, on banking employee performance in Southeast Sulawesi. Methods that used in this research are descriptive survey and explanatory survey. Hypotheses testing tool is Structural Equation Model (SEM), meanwhile data processing is done using LISREL 8.72 (Linier Structural Relationship) program. The hypotheses test result shows that organization culture has a significant and positive effects on employee performance. It means that the better correlation of organization culture makes a better optimalizotion of banking employee performance in Southeast Sulawesi.
