The purpose of this article is to establish a conceptual models of the role of quality management systems in organizational learning and knowledge management to generate organizational performance based assessment of pre-existing theory. The method used is a literature review to examine the latest researchs related to the variable quality management systems, organizational learning, knowledge management and organizational performance. The results Showed that results of assessment on the dimensions of organizational performance include the achievement of targets, cost efficiency, compliance with customer expectations of service.Dimensions for organizational learning include a commitment to learning, shared values and openness of thought.Dimensions of knowledge management consists of identifying and Determining the needs of knowledge, collecting knowledge, knowledge creation and evaluation, and utilization of knowledge.knowledge.The quality management system has positive influence on organizational performance through organizational learning and knowledge management.
