Aplikasi Quality Function Deployment pada Kereta Api Argo Wilis

The role of transportation not only to serve human activity and movement of goods (trip follow the ship) but also stimulate the emergence of some new activity (ship follow the trip). PTKA as one of player in transportation business, have strategy to develop Argo brand. At PTKA, KA Argo Wilis performance included in the category of unsatisfactory Argo brand. The Purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of services KA Argo Wilis using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results show that the most important attribute for the customer is safety assurance and the technical characteristics that have the highest value for the customer is the relative Importance of human resource competencies.
