Halal is an obligation that cannot be bargained for a Muslim. Halal food is part of belief and also the way people look at Islam, which must be maintained. The food in the concept of Islam can bring bad behavior if do not kosher, and each of the joints Muslims, must necessarily be based on the Quran and Hadith. Food is something very important in the life of Islam and must be kept kosher, for this study is very important to see how the management system is Halal. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by conducting interviews and observations. The results showed that for the halal certification in Malaysia conducted by Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM). The results of research in Malaysia conducted by the author shows a strict process of halal certification in the country of Malaysia. To ensure halal products in Malaysia. This makes Muslim quiet in Malaysia, because halal product assurance. Aspects kosher for food in Malaysia is very important. This brings aspects of tranquility for Muslims in Malaysia as a guarantee of halal products from Malaysia.
