The research on Food Habits of Fish which Caught at Situ Cileunca Pangalengan, Regency of Bandung had been done from January 2006 until February 2006. The purposes of this research were stocktaking the fish and to know the possibility of introducing the new ones based on natural food availability. Survey method were used and taking of fish sample by random and purposive sampling. Sampling of plankton had been done at Cibuluh (as inlet), Cibeunying (as middle area), and DAM Pulo (as outlet). Sampling was conducted six times every seven days. Result of the research indicated that in Situ Cileunca were caught 13 species of fishes such as swordtail (Xiphoporus helleri), nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and java carp (Puntius javanicus) were categorized as herbivore; green terror (Aequidens gold saum), livebearers (Poecilia spp.), fighting fish (Betta arkanensis), minnow (Rasbora lateristriata), barb (Puntius binotatus), walking catfish (Clarias batrachus), loach (Nemacheillus fasciatus), fry of common carp (Cyprinus carpio), spotted gouramy (Trichogaster trichopterus) and male goby (Glossogobius aureus), were categorized as omnivorous; while female goby were categorized as carnivore. The consumption of plankton as natural food was high, especially for class Chlorophyceae and Cladocera with Index of Prey Preference respectively 0,543 and 0,584. Introduction recommended for species of family Cyprinidae and Poecillidae; while for restocking, java carp, goby and nile tilapia were recommended.
