This study aims to reduce the heavy metal Pb content in meat of carp, tilapia and catf ish are cultured in f hating net cages (FNCA)Cirata Reservoir using citric acid The method used is experimental with two treatments The first treatment was citric acid concentration ccabstiog of 4 levels ie 15%. 20%. 25% and 30% The second treatment is the duration of the sooting which consists of 5 levels ie 30 mirertes. 60 minutes. 90 Monate. 120minutes and 150 Inmates Each combination of treatments was repeated 2 times The obsemotion was done on Pb of fish meat won; 445 (Atornot Absteptan 5pectrortietry)owthed and its testing procedure Caudal $N12354 5- 2011. Pb data was otwtyeed deuriptively and compowd ,nth the quality standard. The ruults shamed that Pb content wools Meat nos below the standard allowed in the treatment of 15% toncentratiow of One acid with 150 minutes of soolono twee. The initial Pb content m carom*, was 3152 peen. The content of Pb in ‘,bow meat has been below the stondard allowed on the treatment of 25% concenwohon of came eon:1.0h 150 minor. of sooting tone. The initial Pb content in fib*.e meat was 3.878 ppm. The content of Pb in catfish meat has been below the permiSSible quality standard of the treatment of 25% cancentrationof citric acid with the duration of soaking 120 minet”. The iretW1Po content in catf Lsh meat was 3 911 ppm
