Technology information and communication will have made world became smaller and famish boundaries ( border less world). Besides that borderless world will change commercial transaction in internet. Commercial transaction· in internet or electronic commerce causing a problem in digital signature as evidence which is difference with conventional transaction. This research purpose to ana[yze several legal issues such as digital signature has alegal[y binding? The research methodologies that will be used in this research is normative research. The conclusion of this research that digjtal has a legal[y binding and Indonesia have undang – undang about electronic information and tehchonology which is regulated about digital signature ( UU No. 11 Tahun 2008).
