Pengaruh Pemberian Lactobacillus Sp. Hasil Isolasi Dari Saluran Pencernaan Ikan Tagih Terhadap Kelangsungan Hidup Dan Pertumbuhan Larva Lele Dumbo (Clarias gariepenus) (The Influence Of The Adding Lactobacillus Sp. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah pemberian Lactobacillus sp. hasil isolasi dari saluran pencernaan ikan tagih (Mystus nemurus) yang tepat pada media pemeliharaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan larva lele dumbo (Clarias gariepenus). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai bulan Agustus 2013 di BBPAT Cijengkol Jl. Sukamandi no.2 Subang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas lima perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan tersebut adalah A (Tanpa pemberian Lactobacillus sp.), B (Pemberian Lactobacillus sp. 10 6 cfu/ml), C (Pemberian Lactobacillus sp. 10 7cfu/ml), D (Pemberian Lactobacillus sp. 10 8 cfu/ml), E (Pemberian Lactobacillus sp. 10 9 cfu/ml).Parameter yang diamati adalah tingkat kelangsungan hidup, pertumbuhan, dan kualitas air. Analisis data kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis sidik ragam ANOVA dan uji jarak berganda Duncan pada taraf 5%, sedangkan Kualitas air di analisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan Lactobacillus sp. 10 8 cfu/ml pada media pemeliharaan menghasilkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup dan laju pertumbuhan tertinggi pada larva ikan Lele dumbo (Clarias gariepenus).
The aims of this research was to determine the Lactobacillus sp. isolated which from the digestive tract of Mystus nemurus to the media culture with the purpose to improve survival rate and growth of catfish larvae (Clarias gariepenus). The research was conducted from July to August 2013 at the BBPAT Cijengkol Jl. Sukamandi no.2 Subang. The method used in this research was an experimental method completely randomized design with five treatments andthree replications. The treatment was A (without addition of Lactobacillus sp), B(addition of Lactobacillus sp 10 6 cfu/ml), C (addition of Lactobacillus sp 10 7 cfu/ml), D (addition of with Lactobacillus sp 10 8 cfu/ml), E (addition of Lactobacillus sp 10 9cfu/ml). Parameters observed were the survival rate, growth, and water quality. Data of survival rate and growth was analyzed using ANOVA and differrence between treatments were analyzed with Duncan Multiple Range with 5% significance level, where is water quality was analyzed descriptively. The result of this research show that the Lactobacillus sp as much as of 10 8 cfu/ml in media culture was the highest survival rate and growth of African catfish larvae (Clarias gariepenus).
