A quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) anti inflammatory study of 19 propanoic acid derivatives was performed using the multiple linier regression method. Searching data base activity of 19 propanoic acid derivatives and characterized by 15 descriptor group which is calculated using mechanical molecullar. From 15 descriptor group, only 7 descriptor group significantly effect the anti inflammatory activity propanoic acid derivatives with the multiple linier regression model have an r2 score of 92.895 %.
