questions in the fields of organizational behavior is the relationship of workplace spirituality with employee work attitudes. Purposes of this study are to answer that question and find the influence exist on each variable. The research used the survey method that asking 67 employees to become a sample and answer a questioner. The samples consisted of 30 male and 37 female. Furthermore, the collecting data are analyzed by the statistical measurement tools, which are in Microsoft Excel XP and SPSS 12 for Windows. The validity test used The Rank Pearson Model. The reliability test used the formulation of Cronbach’s Alpha. The hypothesis test used the Pearson correlation and t-test.The results show that the workplace spirituality influences the employee work attitude and each variable has a positive relationship.
