Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keberdayaan Peternak Sapi Perah Di Kabupaten Bandung – Affecting Factors Of The Empowement Of Dairy Farmer At Bandung District

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberdayaan peternak sapi perah. Populasi sampling adalah koperasi peternak sapi perah yang ada di Kabupaten Bandung, dan populasi sasaran adalah seluruh peternak sapi perah anggota dari koperasi tersebut. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan melalui teknik pengambilan sampel gugus bertahap (multistage sampling), sehingga terpilih 4 koperasi dengan peternak sapi perah responden sebanyak 120 orang. Uji pengaruh variabel luar terhadap variabel keberdayaan peternak dilakukan dengan analisis model persamaan stuktural dengan menggunakan program Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) versi 8.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi-fungsi koperasi, peranan penyuluh dan keberdayaan kelompok berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap keberdayaan peternak sapi perah. Fungsi-fungsi koperasi, peranan penyuluh dan keberdayaan kelompok tergolong rendah sehingga keberdayaan peternak sapi perahpun menjadi rendah.

The objective of the research was to study the affecting of factor of the empowerment dairy farmer at Bandung district. The sampling population is milk cooperative at Bandung district and target population are the dairy farmers as the members of cooperative. Sample of research were collected by multistage sampling technique with the result that 4 cooperative and 120 person of dairy farmer. The affecting of the variables was tested by Structural Equation modeling with use the Linear Structural Relationship (Lisrel) program 8.3 versions. The result showed that the cooperative function, the role of extension worker, and the empowerment of group farmers were positive and significant affected at the empowerment of dairy farmers. The cooperative function, the role of extension worker, and the empowerment of group farmers were low, that caused the empowerment of dairy farmers was low to.
