Abstrak

Penaatan Dan Penegakan Hukum Lingkungan Dalam Pengelolaan Limbah Bahan Berbahaya Beracun (B3)

The preservation of environment for sustainable development sue responsibility, open information, and society participation to quarentee quality of live for the next generations. Waste must be preserve with good management. The growth of development cause the impact from activities to environment. This situation forces to control the effect to the risk for environment can be decrease.

Descriptive Analytical methodology is used for this research in order to gain a comprehensive idea about the management of waste. The Peraturan Pemerintah approach used is legal normative, conducted toward the related constitution.

The action to control impact to the environment decided by controlling to the constitution that regulate environment aspect, as a law tools that prevent throught permitted process for the activities. The recommendation from this research is revision of constitution in environment aspect including the regulation of management of waste or disposal of dangerous and toxic.
