Abstrak

Respon Pertumbuhan Anak Itik Jantan Terhadap Berbagai Bentuk Fisik Ransum (Growth Response Of Male Duck Resulting From Different Shape Of Rations)

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan anak itik jantan terhadap berbagai bentuk fisik Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode eksperimental. Itik yang digunakan sebanyak 80 ekor, dibagi menjadi empat kelompok masing masing diberi ransum berbentuk crumble,pellet,mash dan pasta.Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pada ransum pasta dan mash pertambahan bobot badan itik paling tinggi .model kurva pertumbuhan untuk setiap ransum adalah: Crumbel Y = 122,17 + 35,36 X + 2,80 X2 – 0,023 X3 Pelet Y = 113,58 + 20,40 X + 5,23 X2 – 0,110 X3 Mash Y = 129,01 +1,69 X + 21,06 X2 – 1,40 X3 Pasta Y = 51,71 + 102,87 X – 9,50 X2 + 1,11 X3.

The aim of this research was to predict growth response of male duck resulting from different shape of ration. The research used experimental design with 80 male ducks and four blocks fed with different shape of ration comprasing crumble, mash, pellet and paste. The result showed that paste and mash resulted in the best gain. The curve models were : Crumble Y = 122.17 + 35.36 X + 2.80 X2 – 0.023 X3 Pelet Y = 113.58 + 20.40 X + 5.23 X2 – 0.110 X3 Mash Y = 129.01 +1.69 X + 21.06 X2 – 1.40 X3 Paste Y = 51.71 + 102.87 X – 9.50 X2 + 1.11 X3.
