The waste vegetables is potencially as raw material for super native chicken, but its easily damage, so that it is necessary to be processed. Its processed can used as mechanic through steaming, boiling, and sun drying.. Therefore, to test quality product of processing, the reasearch conducted on super native chicken JJ-101 through measurement dry matter and protein digestibility value. The research used Completelly Randomized Design (CRD) consist four feeds treatment: 100 percent control ration (RB), 85 percent control ration + 15 percent waste vegetables as steaming processed (RK), 85 percent control ration + 15 percent waste vegetables as boiling processed (RR), 85 percent control ration + 15 percent waste vegetables as sun drying processed (Rj), each treatment was repeated five times. The data was analyzed by Analysis Variance and significancy was analyzed by Duncan test. Analysis Variance indicated that the treatment were high significant (P< 0.01) on dry matter and crude protein digestibility value. The research was indicated that ration containing waste vegetables with steam processing (RK), gave more high value on dry matter and crude protein digestibility than ration RR and RJ; but its value as same as control ration (RB). Dry matter and crude protein digestibility were 74,91 percent and 70,22 percent, respectively. Key words: Waste vegetables, mechanical processing, digestibility, super native chicken.
