Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh konsentrasi dan suhu penyimpanan terhadap penurunan potensi sediaan injeksi kering amokisislin. Variasi konsentrasi sampel amoksisilin adalah 100 mg/ml dan 200 mg/ml. Sampel-sampel tersebut disimpan pada suhu kamar (±25°C) dan suhu lemari es (±4°C). Sampel tersebut kemudian di uji potensinya setelah 0, 1, 3, 6, 12, dan 24 jam penyimpanan, dengan menggunakan metode difusi agar dengan bakteri uji Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus. Penurunan potensi sediaan injeksi kering amoksisilin 100 mg/ml dan 200 mg/ml pada suhu kamar (±25°C) dengan bakteri uji Escherichia coli adalah 79,3671% dan 88,2634%. Sedangkan penurunan potensi pada suhu lemari es (±4°C) adalah 71,4979% dan 86,7877%. Penurunan potensi sediaan injeksi kering amokisilin 100 mg/ml dan 200 mg/ml pada suhu kamar (±25°C) dengan bakteri uji Staphylococcus aureus adalah 89,3525% dan 97,4978%. Sedangkan penurunan potensi pada suhu lemari es (±4°C) adalah 89,2561% dan 94,1323%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, konsentrasi dan suhu penyimpanan berpengaruh terhadap penurunan potensi sediaan injeksi kering amoksisilin.

A research on the influence of concentration and storing temperature into the potency decrease of amoxicillin dry injection had been carried out. The variation of concentration were 100 mg/ml and 200 mg/ml. The samples were stored in room (±25oC) and cold temperature (±4oC). The potency were examined after the samples were stored for 0, 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 hours using diffusion agar method with the bacteria Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The potency decrease of a 100 mg/ml and 200 mg/ml amoxicillin dry injection at room temperature against Escherichia coli bacteria were 79,3671% and 88,2634%. While, the potentcy decrease of the one which were stored in the cold temperature were 71,4979% and 86,7877%. The potency decrease of a 100 mg/ml and 200 mg/ml amoxicillin dry injection at room temperature against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria were 89,3525% dan 97,4978%. While, the potency decrease of the one which were stored at cold temperature were 89,2561% dan 94,1323%. Based on the statistical analysis result, the concentration and storing temperature influenced the decrease of amoxicillin dry injection potency.
