Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Dan Pengolahan limbah Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Padjadjaran Bandung, selama 3 bulan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui sejauhmana pengaruh berbagai metode pengomposan terhadap kadar N total, P2O5 dan K2O. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimen di laboratorium dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 3 perlakuan dan 6 kali ulangan, yaitu metode pengomposan konvensional, metode vermikomposting dan metode penambahan inokulum EM4. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan, data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan sidik ragam dan uji jarak berganda Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1. Kadar N total diperoleh pada metode pengomposan konvensional (1,10%) namun demikian pengaruh antar perlakuan tidak nyata (Fhit < Ftabel), 2. Kadar P2O5 total diperoleh pada metode pengomposan peenambahan inokulum EM4 (3,68%) namun demikian pengaruh antar perlakuan tidak nyata (Fhit < Ftabel), 3. Kadar K2O total diperoleh pada metode pengomposan konvensional (6,61%) tetapi pengaruh antar perlakuan tidak nyata (Fhit < Ftabel)

This research was carried out in Microbiological and Waste Management Laboratory of Animal Husbandry Faculty Padjadjaran University, during three months. The aim of research was for knowing how far the effort of various composting method on content of total N, P2O5 and K2O. Research conducted experimentally in a laboratory using Completelly Randomized Design method, with 3 treatment and 6 replication, those are conventional method, vermicomposting method and EM4 inoculan method. To know the effect of treatment data which was obtained has been analized by analysis of varians then continued with different test used Duncan test. The result research showed : 1. The highest content of total N was obtained in convetional composting method (1,10%) but the influence of inter treatments not significant (Fhit < Ftabel), 2. The highest content of P2O5 was obtained in EM4 composting method (3,68%) but the influence of inter treatments not significant (Fhit < Ftabel), 3. The highest content of K2O was obtained in convetional composting method (6,61%) but the influence of inter treatments not significant (Fhit < Ftabel)
