The most important internal element in business organization is employee. Therefore, assumption that enhancing employees’ performance will automatically enhance the company’s performance still holds. Some particular efforts, such as redesigning job, reerigineering or self-managing teams, are done to enhance employees’ performance. All these efforts should be equipped with a more substatial effort, i.e. changing basic assumption on employee-employer relationship to another pattern, which is placing employee as business partners. To direct employees to behave in line with the company’s expection. a system that can manage the performance effecively is required. If the system applies, accumulated increase on employees performance will result in better company’s performance, and. in turn. willenhance the company’s productivity optimally
