We should admit that it is easier to understand than to implement integration of human resource in the whole business strategy, as there is a significant gap between rhetoric and the fact of strategic human resource management. A well-developed human resource management strategy can be clearly defined and stated, but unfortunately, it may hardly be applicated. Nevertheless, strategic human resource management should be designed to develop strategic capability by assuring that the organization has skilled, reliable, and highly motivated employees to pursue sustainable competitive advantage.
