Team Work Dan Kinerja Perusahaan

The assumption that one can doing something great by her- or himself is only a myth. As a social creature with all his superiorities and inferiorities, one must really realise that she/he needs someone else to cover her or his inferiorities. Therefore, cooperation and teamwork building are needed in order to achieve the goal. Creating a perspective of cooperation and strategic cooperation that is built in a strong teamwork is not though not an easy task but it is possible to achieve if we know how to build and maintain a strong teamwork
