Women as perpetrators of murder is a phenomenon that attracted much attention. Combining the law, psychology and communication, the author tries to see how the self-concept of women killers in prison, how they interpret the presence of women in jail and prison as well as observing the behavior of communication which is formed during their time in prison. Author uses the theory of phenomenology of Alfred Schutz, prison as a total institution of Erving Goffman, Self-concept of Carl Rogers, Identity Theory of Michael Hect, Coordinated Management of Meaning Theory of Barnett Pearce and Vernon Cronen. The results of the study revealed that female inmates perpetrators can be categorized into two as the main perpetrator of women who commit murder with his own hands or using tools, and Performers Host is a woman who was involved in the murder but not of killing with his own hands. The concept of self- murder convict women as key actors tend to negatively than convict women as perpetrators of murder broadcaster who regret their views of the object. The main offender inmates blame themselves for what happened to them at this time while the inmates as actors tend to blame others comorbidities that cause it to inmates. Communication behaviors during incarceration formed the main actors are more passive in communication both verbal and non- verbal, more introverted and apathetic while the more active comorbid offender inmates on fellow inmates and especially when following activities.
